Jan is the managing director of the Deutscher Franchiseverband, the national association for franchising in Germany.  He assumed his role in 2022, is a proud leader of the industry in his country. Jan is passionate about respect, fairness and trust, which he sees as the basis for a successful franchise system.

Johan is a leading player in the Scandinavian franchise scene and as a Board member of a number of businesses, including in recruitment, translation, company mentoring and previously in retail, consulting and banking, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the panel.
